Heritage Route 15 (Heritage Weekend) - London - 28th February 2026
Londoner Buses offer unique experiences aboard iconic Routemaster buses, blending British charm with exceptional service. From sightseeing tours to afternoon tea, every journey celebrates British heritage. They also use HVO biofuel to ensure sustainability. Heritage route 15 operates between Trafalgar Square and Tower Hill (normally operating a 30-minute service). On the 27th and 28th of February 2026, the company held its very first Heritage Weekend, inviting other buses to join them for a 15-minute operating service throughout the weekend. This unique event saw around six buses operating on Saturday, with many more joining the event on Sunday. The event allowed the chance to try and capture as many Routemasters as possible amongst various London landmarks.

Extra Buses:
Walking around London it's not uncommon to come across and old routemaster still operating but in a modified role. Once the lifeblood of public transport in London, the Routemaster has continued its iconic status as 'The Bus of London'. Many now operate sight seeing tours, Afternoon Tea Tours, Night Tours, and special themed events. It's worth keeping your eyes peeled to capture some of the additional buses which still operate in the capital on a daily basis.
