'Steam on the Cambrian' - 4-6-0 No.7812 - West Somerset Railway
October 3rd - 6th 2013 provided four days of the West Somerset Railway's Autumn 'Cambrian Themed' Steam Gala. The event featured three visiting Manor locomotives, a class which were synonymous with the route, stations were also renamed to those befitting the line.
The 'Steam on the Cambrian' evening photo charter was held at Williton Station on Friday 4th October 2013 on the West. The event continued the Cambrian Theme featuring GWR Manor No.7812 'Foxcote Manor' combined with a narrow gauge locomotive on a flat wagon. The freight was prototypical of how narrow gauge locomotives were moved over standard gauge tracks on the Cambrian route. The event was organized by WSRA Chairman, David Williams & Neil Cave, with Jason Cross providing the lighting.
