The Market Hall building in Rotterdam is mixed used space built in the heart of Rotterdam. The building houses Offices, 228 Apartments and 4600 m2 of retail space including a large Market Area and a four story car park for over 1200 cars. It first opened in October 2014, and the inside of the building is painted with a 11.000 m2 artwork depicting enlarged fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers and insects.
The cube houses in Rotterdam are located on Overblaak Street, right above Rotterdam Blaak Station. _There are 38 cubes in total which were originally build in 1977. The houses make a fantastic backdrop to photos in Rotterdam, and are often visited by tourists in the city.
De Rotterdam is a building on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, designed by Rem Koolhaas in 1998. The complex is located between the KPN Tower and Rotterdam Cruise Terminal and was finalized at the end of 2013. On 21 November 2013, the municipality of Rotterdam, as the largest user, received the keys. The design provides space for offices, a hotel and apartments. The 44 floors amount to a total floor space area of about 160,000 m²
